Once subscribed, you can add as many requests as you like and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are delivered in less than one week. More complex requests may take longer.

It’s simple to submit requests through your account via your Trello board. You can include notes directly in the associated request card or link to a shared document or recording. Any relevant files can be uploaded there as well, ensuring all relevant details per project/request are in one place.

Yes. You can cancel any time without having to jump through any hoops or fear of penalty.
Note: Projects and files are deleted from your account 30 days from your cancellation date so be sure to download or save anything you need before then.

We understand you may not have enough requests to fill up an entire month. That’s where you may want to pause your subscription.
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day cycle. Say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription. This will pause your subscription with 10 days of service remaining, which you can use in the future.

We do not sell your data or share with 3rd parties. Your data belongs to you. We may anonymize and aggregate your data for high level insights and to improve the results of our analyses over time, though we will not include details about your data such as Company Name, Employee Names, ID’s, or Emails, etc…
